Good secure parking space to the rear of the property and locked behind a garage door for added piece of mind. Well worth the few quid to book as it`s only a short 10 minute walk to Sunderland`s ground and as most of the residents appear to have parking permits do not be tempted to park on the surrounding streets or you will get a parking ticket as several did when i walked back for my car.
