Multiple entry and exit allowed
Nice sized driveway in a cul de sac right at the top, in a good neighbourhood, few cctv cameras placed around the street, 1 at the entrance to the street, 1 looking over the cul de sac. We also have metal gates if you want them locked it wont be a problem for the residents. 14 seater minibus fits fine with gates shut, 16 seater minibus fits but can't close the gates. 10 minutes walk to the Stadium of Light up a straight street, 20 minutes walk to city centre or 2 minute walk to bus stop with buses due every 10-15 minutes, or 5 minutes to the marina then another 5 minutes to the beach, during airshow weekend no street closes effect getting the street and 10 minutes walking distance. The Glass centre is 5 minutes away over the road.

I had seen recent reviews of the space being unavailable so was concerned before arriving. Upon arrival the driveway was in use, and blocked in by another car. No response from the owner when we attempted to contact them, absolutely awful service. This person should not be allowed to have their listing live on Just Park.

A great place to park and close to two pubs for a safe pre match drink,
was easy to find with Sat-Nav and was pretty straightforward to leave afterwards

It was really easy to find and book the space using the just park app. There was a message service and a telephone number to contact the owner of the driveway to verify any details etc. The address was easy to find and it felt safe to leave the vehicle there. Will definitely re book if we ever attend another concert in Sunderland.

Couldn’t fault it. We found the address no problem, parked up and off we went. Came back after our day and jumped in the car and off back home. So easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend it.

Follow google maps straight to the parking.
Bit busy as it takes you pass the stadium so give yourself an extra 20 mins.
Nice parking spot, close to an away pub and 10 min walk to the stadium.
Would recommend for a footy day out.

Safe place to park, short walk (10 minutes) to Stadium of Light. Owner met us on the driveway and took us to a proper locals pub on the way to the ground (The Avenue).
