I currently have a parking space available. It's 5 minute walk from the City Centre (Civic Centre).
My space is available 24/7 365 days per year. I am very competitive with my prices.
The parking space is a private car parking bay and only you will be allowed to park in there, along with the other residents.
There is no restrictions as to where you can park, but as long as you understand that its your vehicle, therefore you must be considerate to the other residents and not take up 2 spaces etc.
If you agree to rent my car parking space, you will be required to sign a legal binding agreement which will be sent directly to you to complete and return.
