Paying for parking was rubbish, machine not in use and wasn't working properly to pay and then wouldn't load single to e stand parking so just adding a random hour!

Had to download the JustPark app as this was the only way to pay (unless you happen to carry a load of coins). It was a frustrating experience because 4G was very slow. So I had to phone instead. It wasn’t the best experience in the world - not something I’d choose to remember, but now I am being asked to write a review?! Of a car parking experience?! Hey ho; modern life, eh?

New to this sort of payment. took us a while to do it Hopefully easier next time .

Chaotic for drivers as machining not working. I ( and others) couldn't get the app to work, wouldn't accept card payments. Had to use phone and hi through all the menus to eventually pay for parking.

This Was Our First Visit To This Fair So Wasnt Aware That This Area Didnt Allow For Mobile Internet Signal So Booking This Parking Was An Absolute Nightmare Had To Walk Around For A Good Half Hour To Get Enough Signal To Make And Account And Process The Transaction.

these messages are really annoying

Only down side which may not be under your control was that the toilet facilities had closed at 5pm. Not great just before your journey home.

The machine did not work with my credit card and when inputting the site number on my phone . that didn't work either. Frustrating as I was in a hurry it did however work fine when i called the number and did it on my phone with the app.

Took far too long to pay for parking due to poor internet reception.
