owner of the house didn’t seem to be notified but was sorted quickly

When we arrived there was a car already in the drive which was the owners so we were unable to fit on the drive at the same time . Luckily the owner was in and it was no trouble for the owner to move the car . My understanding is that a relative of the owner coordinates the renting , so perhaps communication between the two could be improved . If the owner was not in at the time we would of had nowhere to park . The space itself was fine and the owner was very pleasant .

Exactly as expected, nice quiet neighbourhood, easy to park, would definitely use again.

Arrived at location... At 5.00 am... (I could have arrived anytime from 4pm the previous day) The owner car was park close to the from I could only get my half of my car in the space. I reluctantly Knock on the front door and a frail old gentlemen appeared at the door in his Pyjamas. We offered to move the car for him but instead waited 25 mins for him to relocate the car to next door drive. The person who rents the drive was his son,Who was away from the U.K. and the frail old gentlemen had no idea we was coming.. The bush close by the entrance of the drive is over grow also... I've message the son about the morning we had and out delay to our morning But didn't offer a small refund as our experience wasn't 100% Satisfactory...
