The parking bay was left empty for us but we were late returning we emailed the owner who was very understanding

Clear instructions not provided - it was a big parking space for flat owners - there were no instructions about which bay number I should park at
Called owner - number was incorrect
And then had to ring just park customer service number - who had another number for the owner and rang them to verify which bay. At the end I managed to park but still wasn't sure if I had parked at the right place!
