A generous single private (chained) car parking bay 5.8m long & 2.3m wide (minimum) at the end of a short 'no through road' just off the main St.Ives Road Carbis Bay where regular buses (First 14/18) run in and out of town (5 mins) currently £2.00 (2015). It's a really nice walk down into St Ives but a bit of a hike back as it's mainly up hill! If you wont need daily access its worth considering as this is a great alternative to Cornwall Council public car parking which will not guaranty your space (if you can find one!) even at over £48 per week.

Secure parking at a sensible price.
Slightly longer walk than we thought, but it helped to work off the cream teas!!
Nice walk into St Ives if you walk along the coastal path rather than walking along main road.

ensure you follow directions as on a small drive and you park at the top on the right hand side after taking the chain off. Spoke to the owner- very friendly and helpful, 10 minutes walk to the coastal path to see the sea or walk the path to st Ives, so very handy in terms of location

Jerry was brilliant, directed us after sat nav failed! Excellent location just a mile from Porthminster beach but he was so kind to give us a lift there as our 2 children wouldn't have made the walk. Great knowledge of Cornwall and even left us a map of places to visit. Thanks.
