The space is big enough to fit 1 small vehicle. Next to a wall, space is shared with one other vehicle. Access on left hand side of East Hill, opposite The Chinese Takeaway! Exact location requires to pull into a narrow single track lane!
The parking space is located on rear of Beech Road in St. Austell. Parking is on the left hand side, driveway and recommend reversing into the shared driveway for ease of exit! The space is not visable from main road. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the Bus and Railway station and St Austell town centre, St Austell Brewery is about 10 mins walk. Find entrance off East Hill directly opposite Open Reach Offices!
