My parking bay is available to rent immediately. Bay in luxury built block of flats. 0.2 miles to St Albans City station. Underground/sheltered parking bay, 24hrs/7days a week access, CCTV and has subtle lighting at night. Ideally I would like to rent the bay on a rolling month to month basis for £100pm - this is a very competitive rate and cheaper than parking at the station or surrounding areas.
