We no longer need our underground allocated parking space so we're renting it out.
It is in the Oaklands housing development, 4 mins walk from St Albans City Station and 5 mins walk into town.
There is a barrier and you'll be given a key-fob which you use to get in, and the barrier lifts automatically on the way out.
The space is underground, protected from the elements, never frosty and unlike the station car park, you're guaranteed a space!
The space is normal width with a pillar to the right and a small car parked to the left - very easy to pull into.
We will need a £50 deposit for the key-fob, as we have to order each replacement and that's what the company charge. If you lose the fob, we keep the money; if you return the fob, we return the money.
Just send us a message if you're interested in the space for either long or short term, and we'll sort out the fob and show you the space.
Minimum let is 1 week.
