Secure car park located in the city centre of St Albans. St Albans City station is a 7 minute walk from the car park; St Albans Abbey a 10 minute walk. Edinburgh House is a large grey and brick building (old office block), located next door to the Beehive pub.
You must ONLY PARK in allocated space NUMBER 13. The other spaces are privately owned.
To exit on foot, there is a pedestrian gate on the right of the car gates. The green exit button to release the pedestrian gate lock is on the bin store wall.

Convenient but it was difficult to get my Volvo XC90 into the space and the green button to release the pedestrian gate is broken. I couldn't get it to open the gate at first and only managed it by rushing from the button to the gate as clearly there's an inbuilt timing mechanism. Otherwise I'd have had to climb over the gate!

This is a great, secure space. We went to Alban arena today to see the panto and I usually have trouble finding a parking space. We parked here and it was an easy 5 minute walk to the arena. Will hopefully be able to use again next year. Thankyou.
