Very short distance to town centre and 3 mainline stations!
We are pleased to offer off street parking at our house. We are a 10 minute walk from Southend town centre, and an even shorter distance to Southend Victoria and Prittlewell Train Stations. Southend Central is an approximately 15 minute walk. The local area is now predominately parking permit or paid car parks so parking in Southend is not cheap!
Being so close to the Greater Anglia Line means we are also ideally located for London Southend Airport. You could use our driveway during your holiday. Subject to availability and additional cost we may also be able to offer Airport drop offs and collections.
Stadium Road is a quiet, no-through road so has limited pedestrians and cars. However our house is directly opposite retirement accomodation and therefore, effectively you have 24 hour monitoring of your car!
We have stated that we can accomodate 2 cars, but this is only if they are NOT estate cars. We can only accomodate one estate car unfortunately.
