We are a very short walk to Southend Town center, walk south down our road (when looking at our house South is to the right).. Walk to the end of the road. Walk RIGHT down Vale Avenue until you see an alleyway... Walk down the alleyway until you meet a main road, on the other side of that main road is the town center! It's a 10 minute walk at most.
Prittlewell Train Station PERFECT for a 3 minute ride to Southend Airport or a 45 minute ride to London.
Southend University is a 15 minute walk.
Southend Central Train Station is also 15 minutes away.
Southend Victoria is 10 minutes but dont bother as it goes via Prittlewell at the end of the road!
Southend Seafront 30 minute walk through the town center.... The pier.... Adventure Island.... so much more!
