I have 2 parking spaces available, one is behind a locked gate and the other is in front of the house. I work from home so I am usually around and also have 4 dogs who will bark if people come to the property. The car which is parked at the front of the house is off the road in a walled garden and will most of the time (unless I go out) be blocked in by my own car. Unfortunately I can not supply transfers to cruise ship etc myself (as my car is quite small) but I am happy to arrange this with a local taxi firm on your behalf and at the time of writing costs would be approximately £10 to Southampton Docks and around £12 to Southampton Airport.
