Zone 10 is located near the University of Southampton. You can collect the permit from me & park anywhere at Zone 10 e.g. at Dahlia Road, cross the junction and you are at Costa & John Smith already! You don't need to rush as the permit allows from 8am to 6pm. Don't bother changing your parking at a different road every two hours as normally the maximum is 2 hours at the same road only. Hassle free :)

Quickly received the permit and parked up quickly! I arrived at about 08:40 and there was plenty of spaces in that zone. Recommend and would do it again.
