If I could give a negative rating I would. Firstly after finding the parking space and building (in which the directions are inadequate). The caretaker of the building started to lecture me about what I was doing was a breach on behalf of the person renting the space to me, and that it was eligible for a fine.
I then spent the two days I had paid for in a completely different space, due to the fact that the renter of the space already had a car in his place. I would thoroughly not recommend this space to anyone, as the caretaker is threatening on clamping down on this issue, with the tenant involved in renting out this space.

Easy to find easy to park and good location. Unfortunately came back to find tyres had been let down and damaged overnight.

Easily accessible space, the only thing it would be before from is some slightly more detailed instructions as the entrance to the flat is not hugely obvious.
