Easy booking, good communication with Edward, near to ship terminal which was what I needed. Edward makes clear there is no drop down from drive/kerb to road but this was no problem even for my little Aygo. Would book again.

Used system for first time, found space and understood there was no drop kerb, Called a cab which was waiting as we arrived and connected to Isle of Wight ferry - It all worked like a dream!

Great location, close to the ferry port and town - easy to find. I would use this parking space again however, the parking space does not have a dropped kerb and if you have low suspension, you may struggle. Any vehicle with a standard suspension height should be fine
