Couldn't find this space, found a reception and when asked was informed it was past a coded barrier which I had not been given the code to so was unable to park there, cost me more to park elsewhere, so I wasted the money to be informed they had another person with same issues week previously

This review reflects upon Just Park as much as Mr A. and reflects the fact that the parking spot I though I was getting was not the one on offer. I am no internet novice. There is a big difference between the wealth of information I was given on the website when searching for the "large, secure, open air, cctv covered car park" (or words to that effect)- and the terrible directions I was sent by the website. Instead of maps and detailed directions, I was given an address which neither locals or SatNav could find. I could not locate the parking space and was not made aware effectively that I was searching for a private parking spot in what I assume was a gated community. I asked at the Marina Offices- who could not think where the parking spot would be and we concluded that it would not be readily accessible even if I did find it. If the description on the JustPark website was clear, I would have understood that I was not booking into a large privately run public carpark and would have gone elsewhere. I question why I was given so little information to actually find and use the spot by the Justpark booking engine. In the end, I paid £2 less at the Marina Office for a parking spot in the Marina itself.
