Just 2 mins to Birmingham International (Rail) Station. Our gravel driveway parking is well lit and to the front of the property.
Within walking distance to Marston Green train station where a return ticket to Birmingham International/NEC and LG Arena is £1.50. Trains depart every 20 minutes and the journey takes 4 minutes. For the Airport you simply board the free SkyRail, for a 90 second journey. The two SkyRails shuttle back and forth every two minutes.See second photo.
Birmingham City Centre is 12 minutes by train ride. Your gateway to a myriad of destinations including: National Indoor Arena (NIA), International Convention Centre (ICC), Birmingham Symphony Hall, The National Sea Life Centre,The Bull Ring Shopping Centre, The Mail Box, Jewellery Quarter, Millennium Point and Think Tank.
Keys will be retained by owner and car will be parked securely. This is to prevent problems in case of flight delays etc.

Highly recommend parking your car with this family. They helped me in a desperate situation and it was purely down to their kindness that I managed to get the plane and got home just in time to be with my dying Dad. Parking was excellent too. Only advice I would give is to book a taxi to Birmingham station way in advance because they get extremely busy during peak times. Walk from Marston Green station to the address in the dark is a little spooky so wouldn't recommend that. Next time I will take a taxi if I can get one! That said, I will definitely stay there again. Many thanks.

An ideal place to park, and the owner was helpful and pleasant. However, our return flight was outside the times the overland train ran so it was a taxi from the airport to the car. Add this to the cost of taxi for the outbound flight and the cost of the parking space and it didn't work out any cheaper than designated offsite parking. Ideal for daytime flights, not for flights between 2-5am.
