Safe driveway with CCTV for rental. We have a driveway which can fit 4 cars at a time. The road is quiet and residential. 2 minutes walk from Solihull train station where you can catch trains to Birmingham and London. A 10/15 minute walk to solihull town centre. A few minutes walk to Tudor Grange leisure centre and park. Not renting the space from 20th July to 20th of August however.

Easy to find, close to station, ideal. On arrival, if there doesn't appear to be a space, just ring the doorbell and they will move one of their cars (well, that was my experience). Friendly people!

Ideal parking for visiting Tudor Grange Leisure Centre. If cars were big then maybe only space for 3 cars to manoeuvre rather than 4. Saw lots of people getting parking tickets who had parked on single yellow lines instead of booking with Just Park! Only had communication with Just Park but that was perfectly sufficient. Was given owner's mobile phone number in case I needed it.
