Trudi is lovely and we have used her premises to park previously and will do so again and again. We had a nightmare of a journey this holiday and missed our bus due to road closures, Trudi very kindly offered to take us down to Southampton at short notice for a fee which was so appreciated even though we managed to make alternative arrangements, but what a star! thanks Trudi - see you again soon!

Everything great, and all went smoothly. We were dropped off and picked up from the airport for a very reasonable £6 each way, so highly recommended!

Service at its best (AAA++++++++++), can't get better than this. I was running late due to the traffic mess on M25 so couldn?t arrive at the parking location on time. Trudi had agreed to drop me at the airport but because of the One and a half hour delay from my end, she couldn?t do that as she had to leave for work. But the best part comes here, before she left, she did made sure to arrange a drop for me in her Father In laws car. Even she messaged me as well whether I had boarded the flight or not. Due to the hurry I lost my car keys and was very tense about that but later Trudi messaged me to inform that I had forgotten them in her car. She did took good care of them, thanks to her honesty and carefulness. I will always use their Parking whenever I travel from Heathrow and would highly highly recommend to all the people reading this review. Its not only about the parking service but its more about the care, honesty and convenience that you get. Trudi - Thanks a lot once again.
