Parking space on Longlands Road, DA15

When I turned up there was another car already in the spot. So this space has either been double booked, or someone else is using it. I asked a neighbour nearby and they responded very angrily when I told them this space was available for hire. Apparently these homes were sold with a clause in the lease that doesn't allow letting the flats, or the parking spaces out to other people and he said that the owner of this space could lose her home if she was discovered to be doing it, and that he was going to look for evidence of this spot being leased out to report to the management company. The parking space also looked incredibly tight and the neighbours don't seem to like other people parking here. Would avoid. I was also told that due to the secluded, yet open nature of the carpark there is a lot of vehicle crime here, and that in recent months this has included motorbike theft, cars being broken into, tyres being slashed and license plates stolen.

Quite tight for an estate, but good distance to the station and secure spot make this a very good parking spot.

Bit tight but great spot, booked it again and will do in future when I require to!

Location is very close to station which was good. Car park is sheltered as its underground parking which was also good. Just a tight squeeze with other neighbouring cars.

Tight space, make sure you park all the way to the left or you'll not get in to your car when the neighbour parks. Space is marked 14S. Otherwise all good. Thanks!
