Culverhayes Car Park (short stay)

starts charging when you get there (which is fine). but keeps charging you till midnight if you forget to cancel it when you get back to your car. I hate this.

Couldn't raise a wifi signal for whatever reason so used the phone no. provided. Very easy to follow instructions and was all sorted in what seemed a very short period of time.

Unbelievably appalling. For some unknown reason you charged 76p for what should have been 46p for 1/2 hour. Your App still doesn't work (see my email correspondence)I tried to cancel the booking as we decided not to park for various reasons and your automated system referred me to a website which would not load Just gave "403 Forbidden" message. Your previous agent told me to call the number ending in 792 but I never had a chance to speak to anybody, just prerecorded website directions which were less than helpful (as mentioned earlier). Thoroughly unsatisfactory. When do you expect the App to be working? Otherwise I will contact Dorset Council and ask them to use a different service for their car parks. Many thanks.

Incredibly expensive! I was charged over £8 for a parking fee of around £4. I have no idea why but will make sure I can pay cash next time.

Pretty quick, and slick

It took me ages to actually pay for my parking using the app and I ended up getting a parking ticket!

The prompt told me to confirm my registration plate but I could nit find the way to do it and the live chat did nit give me that option. I was a bit late so it was frustrating. It was my first time using the app. No doubt it will get easier!

I like it. I can pay from the comfort of my car. It immediately recognises which car park I'm on. The App is very easy to use. I don't have to touch any machine or buttons which others have used or display a ticket on my windscreen.
