Booking in advance did not save me money! In addition when I returned to Q park it took 20 minutes and a call to head office to get a response. Once finally answered my ticket was refused validation as they had no record of my booking. I was asked to pay again!! I had to be very forceful in order to refuse paying again. I was then left waiting another 15 minutes at the barrier to gain exit. Will NEVER use this service again!!!
