Car parking space in car park of private block of flats overlooking Sevenoaks train station.
I have an off-street parking space in a residential car park next to Sevenoaks train station and I am offering this for rent 7 days a week 24/7.
The benefits are:
The simplicity of knowing you have the same parking space in the same place every day.
Off-street parking in a more secure area overlooking the station.
A position that is arguably closer to the ticket barriers than almost all of the parking spaces in the train station’s more distant ‘car park 4’.
Available 24/7 on a monthly rolling contract. In the long term I am looking to find someone interested in paying £100/month for full unrestricted usage.
NOTE ABOUT THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: This was received some years ago by a dopey driver using a dodgy satnav who went to the wrong address 200 yards up the road. This turned out to be a nursing home's visitor's car park. He then tried to park there with the expected result. I have tried unsuccessfully to get the feedback removed, but without success as just park has a zero-tolerance policy on removing feedback due to previous abuses of the system. It's a shame really, as it blemishes what would really be otherwise be a golden record. So please ignore it - his description of the car park also lays credence to the fact that he parked in the wrong place, for instance he describes it as 'not having any marked spaces' - clearly it does, you can see so in the photos.

Absolutely ideal for us travelling on holiday from Sevenoaks Bus Station. If only the birds could aim a bit better it would be even better!!

Totally disagree with previous reviewer. Excellent spot, 2 min from the station, very well lit. Very quick and helpful responses from owner, highly recommend. I would just say if your car is very big, it may be difficult to get in as the entrance to the car park is narrow. Perfect for a normal car though!

This is a shared car park for a small block of flats without any marked spaces.There were seven cars already parked there with no space for mine. This does not seem to be "park at my house" but "park with my neighbours, providing they are not there first".
I tried to contact the "owner" using this message system but got no response. There was no reply from flat number 5, the given address.
Thankfullly, I managed to get overnight parking at the station, which Parkopedia said was not possible.
On balance, not a good experience - I shan't be rushing back to parkatmyhouse anytime soon.
