This is a quiet residential areas off the Alfriston Road, with close connections via the key road to the A27 and the A259 coastal road. The space is in a small set of private garages, best suited to cars, rather than a van. Happy with short and long-term use. Please note that the garage gets cold and damp, so would not be suitable for storing personal items. The garage is an old garage and not a modern fitted space. There are small air gaps between some bricks to the cold will definitely get into the garage.
