Safe site that is easy to find. Can't fault the service really. As a word of warning though, if you're cutting it fine for your flight: When we booked the space the description said 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. It is more like 25 to 30 so leave yourself a bit more time. As long as you do this you will have an excellent stay.

Everything as promised, parked in nice quiet field area next to house and had a lift to the airport and back. Would definately use this again.

John is a keen worker, the site is safe, has many places to park and is relatively easy to find. Having said that however, the previous description was pretty inaccurate. It is not 10-15 min but instead a distant 25 min to the Stansted express set-down site. Beware of your time to check-in. Until earlier this week John used to offer transfers but that worked precariously as the van did not have enough seats for a family and although communication for the way-out was fine, the way-back journey was simply a nightmare as he missed calls and we had to wait over an hour to be picked-up, let alone the fact he could not accommodate ourselves and others in a single trip. On a relief note, he is new to the business and most likely working towards improving the level of his services. Due to the location of this site (near Harlow), a transfer service would be essential but given the circumstances, I think it was quite sensible to discontinue it if he does not have the means to undertake it. I would only recommend the site if you are prepared to organise your own travel arrangements to the Stansted airport, taking into account that it may take 25 minutes by taxi (traffic permitting) or nearly an hour on the bus 510.

A real pleasure meeting John and his wife and service excellent and very hospitable .. Next time we will book the Premier Inn nr to John's home rather than the Premier Inn at the airport and this will save time and travel . We live a long way from the airport and book overnight accommodation pre flight and closeness to parking is more convenient all round . I am sure John could advise on nr by accommodation . Parking at John,s is very secure with plenty of space , so no risk of vehicle damage - a real bonus . . Would recommend . Kind regards , Henry & June
