The owner, Alex made a mistake about the booking date and so there was no space to park. However, he corrected this same morning as he worked locally. Caused a big problem as we had a train to catch. John

Bit of a mix-up. Instructions referred to parking in front of a green BMW but this was nowhere to be seen at the address given. Tried to call both contact numbers but no answer on either. Had to park at the station in the end so lost my £5. Messaged the "parking partner" to ask what might have gone wrong but no reply.

Good parking space, contacted owner prior to arrival and he said that the green BMW which is mentioned in his parking info as a reference where to park the car is not there anymore. Easy to get to train station and city centre. Will book again.

Didn't actually see Alex, which is, I suppose, not important. More worrying was that i could not the day before raise him on the phone, and he did not answer the message I left (just wanted confirmation, which I know from previous experience elsewhere is advisable).
The parking itself, though, was perfectly all right, and it is an easy step to the rail station.

Was not easy to find and I ended up parking in the wrong place. I tried phoning but had no answer, also had no answer from JustPark. I had a train to catch so left it where I thought the parking space was, when I returned the owner of the space was not very happy to say the least. Safe road though and close to town centre. photos should be provided.
