Great used for the second time close to ground and easy to get away will use again

Car park itself is good and very secure. The space is however quite tight with posts next to it. Had to contact the owner as no instructions were sent before booking. Also bit of a pain needing to call the concierge and explain everytime you need to enter/exit

Effortless parking in basement, very safe, just call concierge on arrival and exit to open the safety barrier, I will use it again as it's only a 5 minute walk from old trafford.

On arrival we found hat we had been double booked so had a 15 minute delay getting access. Also had another 15 minute delay getting access to collect our car and discovered we had parked in a reserved space despite being told we could park anywhere. Hopefully our experience was a one-off as otherwise the facility was excellent.

Mr.Adeel is a polite, pleasent conversationslist. Good guide. He fully giided me to enable me to park my car without any hitch. Thanks from the bottom of my heart regards srinidhi

What shall I say? Let me begin with a courtesy call. The call was well received with politeness. Directions given were perfect. Arrangements for ease of parking were written with military precision. I had absolutely no problems at all either to park or take my vehicle after my return. Qudos for the courtesy and the polite replies will have no hesitation in using the parking again in future. I shall also recommend it to my friends. Thanks again sir.
