I have a parking space to rent out. It is in a posh and safe location in Salford Quays, very near to BBC. There are security gates and I can provide you with they automatic key to open the gates. There is a Exchange Quay tram station just outside the building, from where town is just 10 minutes away. I would prefer people who want for a long term.

Well light, clean and secure parking in a good location.
The only draw back is pin code on gated barrier which was not provided as part of booking, or instructions about how to obtain it. Message sent to owner day before but no response.
Fortunately the gate was broken so security guard advised it would stay open, and passer by gave us code anyway so no real hassle.
Will be using again.
