Sadly booking went awry when the parking space had already been taken by the lady's neighbour. The lady was very apologetic and immedately helpful and gave me an alternative spot that was her neighbours for the following day. But it caused me to be late to work and was a very stressful day! I was unable to get a refund via Just Park for the original booking but did get a refund for the 7.00 car parking I had to pay for.
I would be reluctant to use again for a while as I need a reliable parking space. Customer services were very helpful though.
