I booked this for a guest of ours at the last minute (booked 12:00 for the same day at 15:00) and everything went fine as far as I am aware.

when I arrived,there were 2 other cars parked, to which we would have block them in the drive. But I was able to call robert, he reassured me it wasn't a problem. So I was very happy with such a quick response to my question. Very close to the train station aswell.
I will definatly use him again.

Robert had not been informed of our booking but was happy to move his car for us.
Drive well located for Rickmansworth Tube station for access to central London.
We did not have any prior communication which the only reason I did not score that factor.
