Great for the whole day. Not ideal otherwise...
No problems accessing the car park. Tucked away, but one of the neighbours had parked pretty badly and was a squeeze getting the Qashqai in while allowing enough room for the bay next door, unlike how it seemed to be for previous users, judging from the past reviews.
Still, a great location if you need the whole day, but for us, we didn't realise that there is plenty of free parking either side of 10am-12 noon and there is no difference in pricing whether you park for 3hrs (or less) or the whole day.

The bays aren't marked in the parking area, and when I arrived back at the car (11pm, freezing temperatures with a 5yr old child) another car had parked behind my car at a 90degree angle. The only way I could get out was to reverse all the way back through the tunnel to the main road - not easy when the car park has no lighting. The mention in the instructions of being clamped was also a bit worrying ! I followed the instructions but I could imagine somebody forgetting and then what happens ?

Fabulous location literally 2 minutes walk from Victoria Gate. Kew Gardens. Very clear instructions on how to find the space, safe clear parking space would definitely recommend.
