Between the neighbours (i live in flats) all is very relaxed and there are no fixed spaces so don't worry when you see no allocation :-)

Felt very very safe leaving my car here. Would recommend this spot!! In the description I would maybe mention its round the back of the house.

Good communication from Ric. As mentioned in other reviews it is unclear exactly where to park but owner answered texts promptly and reassured all was very relaxed with neighbours and could park as available. There is another driveway and white garage behind these flats not to block....

We've had a wonderful parking place, shaded and secluded. However, there was no sign of where to park, so we were not sure if we were on the right place after all.
