External spaces at Q2, RG1 4AY available to use 24/7. A printer is required to use this parking space. The permit must be displayed at all times .
Failure to display a permit and adhere to parking rules will lead to a penalty charge notice that we cannot cancel.
All spaces are secured using a bollard. Bollards must be raised when space is not in use. Please contact us after booking to arrange delivery of keys. Alternatively both keys and permit can be picked up from our office in Gun Street, Reading during business hours

Few days after I booked this space, I received a text message from the owners saying they have cancelled it and now more than one week later since the booking start time, I still havent received a refund yet. a) Why is the space advertised if it is not available? b) it should be automatically refunded if you cancel the booking.
