Booked this space for 3 days, the owner could not be bothered to contact me to give me the necessary permit I would need in addition to the Just Park reservation aheet. I made over 8 attempts to contact the owner. Do not waste your time with this space, it clearly does not exist! Very annoyed as lost a job because could not get another space,due to time wasted.

UKPC have given no weight to the fact, shown in their own photos, that I was displaying a permit issued on your behalf by Just Park and are insisting that I pay their fine. Under the Just Park Terms and Conditions, you warrant that you are " the person who is duly authorized to arrange licensing of the Parking Space". If you are authorised to rent out the space in which I parked, please take this matter up with UKPC.

Initial instructions for how to find the parking space were not very precise and had to return to the car, call the owner and send her photos to ensure we were in the correct space. I suggest sending a photo of the space once a booking has been made would be helpful as the owner was very unclear how to describe it over the phone.
