Absolutely brilliant parking with my name on it! Easy to find & close to station & town centre. Only downside is parking is really narrow so would not recommend parking large vehicles.

Value good value for money, easy to find, quite a tight parking space but still possible. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is I found it frustrating to leave the car park as no one was answering the intercom to open the gates to leave. Eventually a staff member on her break let me out. Apart from that, great service!

Easy to find (big sign saying Novotel at end of road). Telecom the reception and get let straight in. My space had a big sign with 'Reserved (My name)'. Parking spaces seem very secure. To those leaving reviews saying 'no space with my name', the instructions say use any space if your name isn't there. Can't complain and bargain parking. Will 100% be using again when working in Reading!

I parked in the wrong car park. It was also on Garrard Street and I ended up paying £17 extra so £21.80 when I expected £4.80. Very annoyed. The car park pictured on the Just Park site was the one I parked in. I think a refund from Just Park is in order.

Straightforward booking Easy to find Marked bays, but none marked in my name so I had to park in someone else's! Other people have commented similar. Something to improve on.
