I just offer, as you can see from my adv, just an off road parking space as I will provide you with the necessary visitors parking permits for my Zone J1 03R. That means it's not a reserved spot and you could have the chance to find difficulties to find a spot (although is very unlikely....)
You will park your car off road at your own responsibility….I just give you the chance to park in Zone J1 03R without being charged by the council….as its a resident park only area…
