Local shops, Cafes, Deli, Laundrette, Newsagents, Takeaways are just less than a min walk on Manchester Road. 20mins walk from the football stadium. Easy to drive away to get to motorway avoiding the peak time traffic via Manchester Road, James Street then onto London Road. Very close to Preston South bound motorway exit. Clean driveway with a small garden in front and a separate walk in entrance. The driveaway is a little narrow so please park in facing nose/bonnet forward in to the drive so driver can easily get out.

The drive was a little tight but conveniently located for the city center and a allowed quick getaway from the football if you don't mind the 20 minute walk to the ground which i didn't - also an excellent chip shop around the corner (-:
