Easy walking distance to the International Ferry Port, approx 10 minutes. 2 minutes by car. I have one space on a driveway to rent. There's space to unload your luggage, bike etc. There is a lamp post next to the drive for lighting. Safe community area, I have lived here 6 years with no issues. Home owner is at home through out the day. There is space for 4x4 on the drive.

Good spot for the ferry terminal. Busy residential street giving a feeling of safe parking. Resident was in at time of parking and collection.
