No complaints whatsoever. Very easy to arrange and queries answered pretty much immediately. Even accommodated our late pick up after a delayed flight free of charge.

Hi Susan. I feel that the description for people who have booked could be a lot clearer e.g. you are in the one way section next to the Dentist car park and you have to enter Denmark Lane from the George roundabout. I was lucky that I did not miss my train as I called you to get more information (as requested in the description) just as I had booked to arrive at 11.00am and so I guess that you would have been possibly expecting a call but the mobile went to answerphone. Luckily someone left a space in Denmark lane just as I drove up and so I was able to run around asking for help to find you and as I say by the time I had run into Wimborne Road and back to check the exact location etc. from the front so that I could identify it from the back, I was running short of time. Perhaps you could say that you will message more detailed instructions to bookers if you don't want that information on the website if you are not able to be available on the phone at booked arrival times. I have put 3 for value for money as there are cheaper spaces around in the locality and it is only just over £2 cheaper than the station. I did not want to take the risk of arriving at the station to find the car park full and so booked through Just Park to confirm a place but would normally expect to pay quite a bit less for a driveway than an official car park. I have kept this message private in the hope that you will act on giving more detail in your instructions as to how to find you as I don't think that it is fair to give a bad review without giving the opportunity for improvements to be made.

We used Susan's parking space whilst staying in Poole on holiday and taking a few days out to visit London by train.Everything went according to plan and we found that the space was a short walk to the railway station.

Excellent for trip to poole stadium.

Good location not too far from ferry terminal (about 5 mins by car and 10 by bike). Helpful owners too. Much cheaper than the rip-off ferry terminal car park!

As you will see from the conversation, this experience was totally unsatisfactory I have tried to resolve it with the other party without success

This was my first use of Parkatmyhouse and I was pleasently surprised how easy it was. Excellent space, very helpful owner and exactly what i needed close to the ferry terminal.
