Parking spaces available at the front of my property. The building consists of 4 flats in a very lovely, quiet and privileged area of town. It is a 10-minute walk to both Branksome Beach and Alum Chine, a short walk away from Bournemouth Centre and also 10 minutes on foot up to the quirky and exciting Westbourne High Street. The spaces themselves are situated in a private car park of this property. Each flat has 2 allocated car parking spaces so there is no risk of ‘first come, first served’.

Thank you so much Chelsea. We had travelled down from London, arriving early afternoon to attend a family wedding, during which the Bournemouth Airshow was in full swing and any hope of finding a space in a carpark or side road was long gone. The 2 spaces you had available were perfect and certainly eliminated the stress of not being able to park which was hugely appreciated. Thank you again

Nothing wrong with the parking space at all, but I can't help feeling ripped off, as there is ample unrestricted street parking right outside the house, all along Westminster Road (which is very wide), and in many of the other streets in the vicinity. OK, so we got to park slightly off-street, but big deal.
I'll put this down to lack of local knowledge on my part, but in my view there is really no point at all in renting this parking space.
