You gave me two options for the code one of which was so close in numbers to the one on the machine that I didn’t realise the error until I received a ticket. I should have checked but when you suggested the car park codes you’d think k one of them would correlate!

It did not recognise my location, I paid for parking, but the location was incorrect so I had to pay twice. Not impressed!

Paid the parking fine for 1 hour and got a ticket within the time limit, many others got tickets with the same problem, the wardens didn't care and carried on, will appeal but the wardens were disgraceful

No on street pay machines working. Poor Wi-Fi area, made payment troublesome and time consuming. Other having the same problem too.

The app constantly comes up with an error and won't work. So I called and booked the car in waiting for a text to change the reg. this text took a long time to come through so I went back on the app and funnily enough it then worked. And just after this the text came through. So I paid twice! Other people nearby were also complaining. If it worked properly it would be easy to use and very good. But it doesn't! It's stressful and a hassle.
