Easy to find, lots of space, secure, near the port, good communication.

was claimed to be 5 minutes from the ferry but was at least a 20 minute walk away after parking the car. Decided not to park there as it was to far away.

Very good and near the ferry for Jersey.

Very simple. There was a space for my car. No need to even trouble the owner!

V straight forward. However, it should have been an easy walk to the Quay but bridge shut, so quite a long walk.

I booked this parking space with no problems, and the reason I booked was to catch a ferry to the Channel Islands to attend a family funeral. The ferry departure time was put forward by one and a half hours, due to weather conditions, which meant suddenly that I had to park up earlier than my original booking. Lisa was very understanding about this, and allowed me to. Then, due to the return ferry being cancelled, again due to adverse weather conditions, I was unable to return on time for the end of my booked parking period, & had to journey back overnight to Portsmouth, making my way back from Portsmouth to Poole the next morning. I kept in touch with Lisa throughout, to let her know what was going on for me. Lisa and her family could not have been kinder or more compassionate, under the circumstances, did not charge for the extra time I was parked on their driveway, and I would recommend them highly.
