The person who listed the parking space no longer own the spot money was taken and turned up on the day with n parking (it is now someone elses drive) . I tried ringing the mobile, he was rude over the phone merely telling me he doesn't own the drive then hung up on me.
Was left to chance being fined a ticket/ clamped or being late for my meeting.
