A large private driveway with parking for 2 cars (plus my own two!). Driveway is wide enough to allow all four cars to come and go without the need for other cars to move.
Secure motion sensor lighting is always activated as is CCTV for part of the driveway.
Quiet cul-de-sac location. The whole area is prime residents only parking due to its closeness to station and shopping.
Only a 10 min walk to Peterborough train station and the Queensgate shopping centre. Friendly and helpful service always offered.
To the immediate left of our driveway is a small kiddies park, walk through this small park to Kirkwood Close, then turn left - at the end of Kirkwood close is a small cut through to the right of the flats which will take you onto the main Thorpe Road, cross the road here and walk towards the City Centre (right) continue over the bridge and as you approach the end of the bridge there will be a footpath and cycle path which you will follow round to the left which takes you directly to the train station. The walk is approximately 10mins.
