It is very close to the Oxford hospitals: according to google maps 10mins walk from the Churchill, 17 mins walk from the NOC, 37 mins walk from the JR (although there is a free shuttle bus between the NOC and the JR).
The parking in the hospitals is limited and expensive, and the roads surrounding are permitted during the working day, therefore this off-street driveway would be a good option for staff/patients/visitors to the hospitals.
It is also fairly close to Cowley Road (30mins walk). It is not very close to Oxford town (60mins walk to centre) however there are good bus links.
