The owner advised the short cut was not a good route which was the whole reason we booked it. The route advised took a fast paced 18 mins to the hospital. My Father can't walk far so I still had to drop him off first and then collect to pick him up so not ideal. Too far...

Lovely to deal with and very helpful. There is a public footpath to cut through to the Churchill hospital, but it's more of a nature walk and quite rugged/muddy. Recommended.
