One of the best locations in Newquay, centrally positioned between town, town beaches and Fistral beach. In fact it is the closest house to Fistral on the left hand side of Headland road, you can see the sea in one of the pictures :-). Please note due to how my neighbours have started to park getting in and out can be a bit tricky, it's ok if you're a confident driver, just requires a bit more reversing than before.

Excellent location very close to the beach and shops. Directions provided were also really useful so had no problem finding it.

Good price and friendly/helpful owner. Space is part of communal land in front of private garages and sometimes the parking of others on the land makes it difficult to manoeuvre. Not possible to do a 3 point turn on the land so generally need to drive in and reverse all the way back out off the land which includes a tight 90 degree turn. Good location between beach and town but only recommended for confident reversers. Also the parking area is very secluded so wouldn't recommend for solo females to park there after dark.
