Parking Space in North Street East, NE1

I made a booking for 11 days on 1 October 2013 and paid the appropriate fee. When I arrived to park my car on 6 Jan 2014, please note this is some three months later, I was informed that my booking was cancelled as I had been double booked. The owner blamed 'park at my house' profusely for the mix up. I would state though that the booking was active for three month prior to this point and sound administration of the account would have identified this to the owner much earlier than arrival day, so i don't actually agree with this deflective blaming point of view and actually found Park at my house very effective. I received a full refund, but due to what I believe is poor management of the account by the owner, I was left stranded in Newcastle for 11 days with the worry of a brand new car to park. Additionally I chose the accommodation directly in the centre of the city, near to the car park that I booked. It doesn't take much imagination to realise this left me with considerable anxiety and walks every day to collect the car all which actually ruined my holiday. If this was an holiday operator under Abta I would be demanding compensation, unfortunately this is an independent with poor management skills (in my opinion) .

Very easy to get to and in a perfect location from the city centre. Cameras also surrounding the property and driveway.
